It was thought that VN-Index would end sideways, but only about 5 minutes before the ATC session, the balance was broken when many large Cap stocks were sold strongly such as VPB, VIC, VHM, PDR... Then, VIC (-3.25%) decreased 1.76 points, VHM (-2.23%) decreased 1.18 points, VPB (-2.97%) decreased 0.9 points from the index.

The domestic gold price is back to VND67 million/tael and is forecasted to increase from now until the end of the year. With the difference in domestic and international gold prices up to about VND14 million/tael, gold experts said that the state should intervene to pull the gold price down for people benefit.
