Job description

  • Develop and implement a medium and long-term IB strategy; short, medium and long term IB plan..
  • Develop processes, regulations, guidelines, and forms related to IB activities.
  • Search for potential institutional clients in need of capital and/or IB services, focusing on underwriting for debt securities (bonds)
  • Build and create a network of potential Investors/Brokers wishing to invest in corporate bonds to create buyers for underwriting deals and other
  • Directly perform consulting services (underwriting for corporate bonds) including the following jobs:
    • Contract negotiation
    • Consultation plan
    • Prepare & complete documents/procedures to state agencies, Stock Exchange
    • Develop & implement a Securities Distribution Plan in the underwriting service
    • Other tasks to complete the contract
  • Cooperate with other related departments to build corporate bond trading system for the Company & propose new products/services to retail customers.
  • Cooperate with Trading Department & Risk Management Office to invest in potential corporate bonds based on the consulting contract of IB activities.
  • Conduct research, propose & implement new IB services.
  • Other assigned tasks by General Director.

Requirements

Educational qualifications

  • University graduated or higher major in Business Administration, Finance, Securities, Banking or related subjects
  • CFA/MBA in Finance is preferred

Professional knowledge

  • Have knowledge about market, financial products, corporate finance, project financing, IPO, M&A,…
  • Have knowledge about fintech trend is a plus

Relevant experience

  • At least 7 years of working experience in investment market of banks, securities companies or financial institution.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in management role.
