JOB PURPOSE:
Human Resources
Be responsible for developing and implementing the human resource strategy, supporting business activities, developing policies, organizing and implementing personnel programs, finding talent, training and developing workforce, building up company culture, internal communication, developing employer branding and carrying out other personnel operation activities to ensure employee’s engagement with the organization as well as to ensure the rights and obligations of employees.
Branding management
Responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and protect brand image
CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Support direct management in followings:
- Establish HR plan and organizational management strategy through people development
- Develop and cultivate the workforce growth, capacity building, personnel qualifications of the organization of personnel planning and organizational management strategy
- Corporate Brand management: Define and develop brand strategy, brand campaign; Supervise all marketing & advertisement activities to consistently adapt and follow brand strategy
- Communication Strategy & Management: Plan & Execute all communication activities; Predict, prevent Communication Crisis and manage media relationship in order to protect Company Brand and promote brand on media channels
Be in charge of followings:
- Develop statutes, regulations, processes, guidelines, system foundations and forms related to human resource operations
- Build and manage Brand Asset of the company: Brand positioning; Brand story telling; Brand guideline and execution
- Manage Branding campaigns: to increase Brand awareness and Brand perception both BTL (below the line) and ATL (Above The Line)
- Analyze needs and prepare short, medium and long-term recruitment and training plan
- Coordinate with stakeholders to design the required recruitment and training programs
- Ensure HR operations are conducted consistently, according to requirements and in the right process
- Prepare budgeting and track personnel costs
- Update personnel operation report
- Handle complaints, inquiries and discussions with stakeholders in improving the quality of human resources
- Develop messages, plan and implement internal communications and build corporate culture
- Plan, implement internal communication, and activities to develop employer branding of the Company
OUTCOMES & MEASURES:
- Ensure headcount and human resource requirement in each stage of business development
- Set up systems, foundations, processes, regulations and software to support human resource development
- Develop appropriate regimes and policies
- Build up a culture of learning and digital innovation
- Standardize business processes, gradually automate HR operations
- Ensure the implementation of general personnel services according to the set standards
- Build Company’s culture, develop internal communication and employer branding
- Brand awareness improvement
Requirements:
1. Educational Qualifications
- Graduated from university which specialized in human resource management, business administration, economics, …
- Priority with a certificate of Human Resource Management, MBA or study abroad
2. Professional Knowledge
- Knowledge of HR operation expertise
- Knowledge of personal selection and recruitment
- Knowledge of organizating, implementing and supervising training and development activities
- Knowledge of building Company’s culture, internal communication and developing employer branding
- Knowledge of branding and brand management
- Knowledge of communication management
3. Relevant Experience
- Have 10 years working in HR
- Have at least 5 years at Manager position, 3 years holding Director level position
- Priority for experience in finance, securities, fintech and investment industry, knowledge of brand management
4. Required Competencies
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PPT) and document editing
- English skills: fluent in communication with foreigners
- Organizing skills, work management, time management
