Job Descriptions:

1. Support direct management in followings:

  • Develop regulations, regulations, processes, guidelines, system foundations and forms related to human resource operations
  • Analyze needs and prepare short, medium and long-term recruitment and training plan
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to design the required recruitment and training programs
  • Ensure recruitment and training activities are conducted consistently, according to requirements and in the right process
  • Prepare budgeting and track personnel costs
  • Update personnel operation report
  • Handle complaints, inquiries and discussions with stakeholders in improving the quality of human resources
  • Conduct survey on training needs, plan and implement orientation training and training for skills, certificates, conduct post-training evaluation, propose measures to improve training efficiency

2. Be in charge of followings:

Recruitment

  • Carry out recruitment jobs including posting job notices, managing candidate profiles, contacting and arranging interviews, preparing recruitment and submission process, preparing onboarding procedure and send employee introduction letter
  • Actively look for potential candidates, build and expand the source of candidates for all vacancies of the company
  • Update employee information and provide stakeholders as required
  • Carry out procedures for signing, extending labor contracts, updating personnel information for stakeholders and state agencies
  • Draft documents, statements, payment requests, official letters, papers as required

Training

  • Survey, assess needs and propose appropriate training programs for employees
  • Organize training courses and programs
  • Develop a documentation system for mandatory and on-demand internal training programs
  • Track the results of training courses and evaluate post-training and practical applicability.
  • Conduct necessary analysis, reports and make recommendations to improve the quality of training
  • Conduct orientation training for new employees

Requirements:

1. Educational Qualifications

  • Graduated from university which specialized in human resource management, business administration, economics, …

2. Professional Knowledge

  • Knowledge of HR operation expertise
  • Knowledge of personal selection and recruitment
  • Knowledge of organizing, implementing and supervising training and development activities

3. Relevant Experience

  • Have at least 5 years’ experience in recruitment and 3 – 5 years of experience in training and development

4. Required Competencies

  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PPT) and document editing
  • English skills: fluent in communication at 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
  • Organizing skills, work management, time management
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Negotiation, synthesis, analysis, problem solving and situation handling
  • Dynamic, multi-tasking, attention to details and result-oriented
