Job Descriptions:
1. Recruitment:
- Analyze recruitment needs and develop detailed plans to align with business goals and workforce requirements.
- Implement recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, job posting, receiving candidate applications, conducting interviews, salary negotiations, recruitment procedures, handling employee documentation, and onboarding new hires.
- Actively source potential candidates, build and expand the talent pool for all company positions
- Collaborate with departments to ensure recruitment requirements are met promptly and with high-quality outcomes.
- Manage workforce planning and monitor both periodic and ad-hoc recruitment reports
- Collaborate with the Brand Department in implementing enhanced employer branding activities to attract top talent and strengthen the company’s reputation in the job market.
2. Training:
- Survey, assess needs, and propose appropriate training programs for employees
- Organize training courses and programs
- Contribute to the design of content and the development of materials for mandatory and on-demand internal training programs.
- Monitor training outcomes and assess post-training effectiveness and real-world applicability.
- Conduct necessary analysis, and reports and provide recommendations to improve the quality of training.
- Conduct orientation training for new employees.
3. Support the Management in the following:
- Develop regulations, regulations, processes, guidelines, system foundations, and forms related to human resource operations
- Develop a workforce plan and monitor its implementation to ensure that human resources are aligned with the company’s needs and objectives.
- Participate in the implementation project and the operation of the human resources management software.
- Draft documents, statements, payment requests, official letters, papers as required
Requirements:
1. Educational Qualifications:
- Graduated from university that specialized in human resource management, business administration, economics, …
- Priority with a certificate of Human Resource Management or study abroad
2. Professional Knowledge:
- Knowledge of personal selection and recruitment
- Knowledge of HR operation expertise
- Knowledge of the organization, implementing, and supervising training and development activities
3. Relevant Experience:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment and 3 years of experience in training and development or other HR functions.
4. Required Competencies:
- English skills: fluent in communication at 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Writing skills that are clear, coherent, and accurate, ensuring effective communication of information in documents, reports, and emails.
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PPT) and document editing
