Asian stocks exploded along Wall Street. South Korea's KOSPI made the strongest breakthrough in the region, recovering violently after the collapse of the semiconductor group earlier this week when cash flows returned to Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix. Japan's Nikkei 225 also rose sharply after the Bank of Japan decided to keep its policy rate unchanged at 1% by eight votes in favor to one against, while lowering its core inflation forecast for fiscal 2026 and slightly raising its economic growth forecast.

Domestic gold bar prices cooled down and converged to the same level in today's session. Saigon Gold, Silver and Gems Company, DOJI system and Phu Quy Group jointly listed SJC gold bars at 138.20 million VND in the buying direction and 142.20 million VND in the selling direction, respectively down 300 thousand VND each in both directions compared to the previous session.
