NEU Students explore the digital securities model at Pinetree

On the morning of 27 October, Pinetree welcomed 35 third-year Finance and Investment students from the National Economics University (NEU), accompanied by their homeroom teacher, for a company visit to learn more about the business.

During the company tour, Mr. Pham Minh Tam, the session presenter, introduced Hanwha Group and Pinetree, covering the company’s operating model, working environment, and career opportunities. The session gave students further insight into the digital securities model and how technology helps create a competitive advantage in the market.

In particular, the discussion of Pinetree’s proprietary core system, developed in line with Korean technology standards, attracted considerable interest from the students. Their in-depth questions about the system’s distinguishing features, the advantages of the digital securities model, and how Pinetree delivers a differentiated investment experience sparked lively and practical discussions.

Beyond technology, career opportunities in the finance and securities industry were another key topic of interest. Insights into the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required helped students gain a clearer understanding of what they need to prepare for entering the professional workplace.

Through the Company Tour, Pinetree aims to provide students with practical insights into the finance and securities industry, bridge the gap between classroom learning and the workplace, and help them gain a clearer understanding of their future career paths.

The visit by NEU students is part of a financial education initiative for the younger generation, implemented by Pinetree in collaboration with the State Securities Commission of Vietnam.
