- Technology stocks pulled the S&P 500 out of a record high. Closing Wednesday's session, the S&P 500 dropped 0.4% to 4,124.66, after hitting a new record high earlier in the session. The Nasdaq Composite lost 1% to 13,857.84. Meanwhile, the Dow Jones advanced 53.62 points (or 0.2%) to 33,730.89 points. At one point the index rose more than 200 points to an all-time high.

- Vietnam's export growth is at a very high level, but the main contributor is foreign direct investment (FDI). This is a point to note. Meanwhile, the FDI sector (including crude oil) reached 59.04 billion USD, up 28.5%, accounting for 76.3%. Not only the general proportion, but also the statistics show that, in key export products, the FDI sector always occupies the "dominant position".
