- The S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite Index turned lower on Thursday (December 9) after all three indexes gained for three consecutive sessions. Investors turned their attention to inflation data released on Friday (December 10). Ending the day's session, the Dow Jones lost nearly 1 point to 35,754.69 points. The S&P 500 fell 0.72% to 4,667.45 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.7% to 15,517.40. All 3 main indexes still recorded gains from the beginning of the week so far.

- In 2022, Ho Chi Minh City is expected to collect about VND 386,568 billion from the State budget, up 5.9% compared to the 2021 estimate and 4.3% higher than the 2021 estimate; in which, domestic revenue reached 259,568 billion VND, revenue from import and export activities reached 116.5 trillion VND and revenue from crude oil reached 10,500 billion VND.
