- Foreign investors turned negative again when they bought 23.4 million shares, worth 891 billion dong, while selling out 36 million shares, worth 1,382 billion dong. Total net selling volume was at 12.8 million shares, equivalent to a net selling value of VND 492 billion. On HoSE, the strongest net selling was HPG with a value of 134 billion dong. TCH and NVL were net sold 89 billion dong and 54 billion dong respectively.

- According to information from the Foreign Investment Department, Ministry of Planning and Investment, in the 11 months of 2021, more than 26 billion USD of FDI capital poured into Vietnam despite the heavy impact of Vietnam from the Covid-19 pandemic and the forecast this number is expected to continue to increase by the end of the year.

- BID: The State Bank of Vietnam has approved in writing to BIDV to increase its charter capital by a maximum of more than 10,365 billion VND according to the plan of issuing shares to pay dividends. Capital for implementation is taken from retained earnings accumulated until 2019 and the remaining profit after tax, after setting aside funds and paying dividends in cash in 2020.
