- Ho Chi Minh City's economy grew negative 6.78%, while the planned growth rate was 6%. According to the estimate, this year Ho Chi Minh City can complete 13/29 targets, not complete 14/29 targets, and 2/29 targets can be assessed until the end of the year. In difficult times, the economy of Ho Chi Minh City also has a bright spot that is export turnover increased by 2.8%, imports increased by 24.9%, total state budget revenue can strive to reach 100% of plan by the end of the year
