- Foreign investors net bought back 504 billion dong on November 22. Foreign investors' trade went in a more positive direction when buying 57.9 million shares, worth 2,240 billion dong, while selling 50.6 million shares, worth 1,6745 billion dong. Total net buying volume was at 7.3 million shares, equivalent to a net buying value of 565.7 billion dong

- China kept interest rates unchanged, Asian stocks mixed. In Japan, the Nikkei 225 gained 0.37%. The Chinese market rose with Shanghai Composite up 0.61%, Shenzhen Component up 1.411%. Hong Kong's Hang Seng fell 0.22%. China today kept its benchmark lending rate (LPR) for 1-year and 5-year terms unchanged at 3.85% and 4.65%, respectively. South Korea's Kospi index rose 1.42%.

- According to the SBV, total deposits at credit institutions reached more than 10.55m billion VND, up nearly 5.3% compared to the beginning of the year. In which, deposits from economic organizations reached nearly 5.3m billion VND, up 7.8%. Residential deposits increased by 2.92%, to more than 5.29m billion VND. However, in August and September, residential deposits continuously decreased compared to the previous months.
