US stocks rallied on Tuesday (May 10) and the Dow Jones fell for a fourth straight session, as the major stock indexes struggled to recover from a sharp sell-off. Ending Tuesday's session, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 84.96 points (or 0.26%) to 32,160.74 points. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 gained 0.25% to 4,001.05 points, and the Nasdaq Composite added 0.98% to 11,737.67 points.

Statistics from the financial statements of Q1.2022 of 27 banks, as of March 31, 2021, the total bad debt on the balance sheet of 27 banks stood at nearly VND 109.7 trillion, an increase of 10.6%. compared to the beginning of the year. In which, OCB is the bank with the fastest increase in bad debt, up 70% compared to the beginning of the year, to 2,293 billion dong.

According to data from VSD, the number of new domestic individual investor accounts opened in April decreased by 14.5% compared to March but remained at the second highest level in history with 230,765 accounts. In the first 4 months of 2022, domestic individuals opened 905,846 new securities accounts, 2.5 times higher than the same period last year.
