The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell for a sixth straight session on Thursday (May 12), as investors once again failed to find their footing in an increasingly volatile market. At the end of the session, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 103.81 points (or 0.33%) to 31,370.30 points. The S&P 500 fell 0.13% to 3,930.08. Meanwhile, the Nasdaq Composite index advanced 0.06% to 11,370.96 points. All 3 indexes have recorded declines from the beginning of the week to now.

Regarding budget revenue, the total state budget revenue in 2021 is estimated at 1,343.3 trillion VND, reported to the National Assembly is estimated at 1,365.5 trillion VND, the implementation result is 1,568.4 trillion VND, exceeding 225.1 thousand billion dong (+16.8%) compared to the estimate, an increase of 202.9 trillion dong compared to the National Assembly report thanks to good state budget revenue in the first and fourth quarters.
