Pinetree Securities signed a cooperation agreement with Ton Duc Thang University to promote digital financial solutions

On June 23, 2022 in Ho Chi Minh City, Pinetree Securities signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Ton Duc Thang University, one of the five Vietnamese universities ranking top 1200 universities in the world in 2023 by QS WUR. Miss Universe Vietnam 2022 – Nguyen Thi Ngoc Chau also graduated from this university.

Through the cooperation, Pinetree will support to equip students with appropriate knowledge, environment and skills, and consider participating in Ton Duc Thang University’s projects to develop digital products to enhance user experience, especially genZ.

Sharing about cooperation opportunities, Mr. Lee Jun Hyuck, CEO of Pinetree Securities affirmed: “Ton Duc Thang University is famous for its high-tech-oriented educational environment, so I believe the cooperation of the two sides will bring many good values”.

Representative of Ton Duc Thang University – Dr. Nghiem The Hao – Director of the Center for Application Economic Research also shared that the university will have a lot of activities in line with Pinetree’s orientation. The cooperation not only helps university students access new technology and new opportunities, but also promotes an advanced financial education environment in Vietnam.

On this occasion, CEO Pinetree also had a talk show with students of the Faculty of Finance and Banking about securities investment activities. With 20 years of experience in management and investment activities in developed markets such as Korea, the talk show gives students an overview of stock investment activities and stock selection strategies.

The event received positive feedback and many questions from students to CEO Pinetree.
