US stocks rallied in early July trading, reversing previous declines. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 321.83 points, or 1%, to 31,097.26. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 composite index added 39.95 points, or 1.1%, to 3,825.33. The Nasdaq technology index rose 99.11 points, or 0.9%, to close at 11,127.85.

According to the Department of Overseas Labor (Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs), after the markets began to reopen, the number of Vietnamese laborers going to work abroad began to increase rapidly. As of June, Vietnam has about 51,677 foreign workers (reaching nearly 60% of the plan).
