At the regular Government Standing Meeting in July, the Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Government Office to quickly submit to the Government for promulgation a resolution on accelerating the disbursement of public investment capital. According to the report, the disbursement rate of the state budget investment plan from the beginning of the year to July 31 was estimated at 186,848 bil VND, equivalent to 34.47% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister.
