US stocks fell back in the session 15/9 when investors received some mixed economic data, reflecting the not so positive outlook of the economy. Banking stocks were the bright spot while technology and railway stocks helped drag down Nasdaq and S&P 500. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 173.27 points, or 0.56%, to 30,961.82 points. The S&P 500 index fell 1.13% to 3,901.35. The Nasdaq index fell 1.43% to 11,552.36.

In the trading session on September 15, the central exchange rate and the USD exchange rate at commercial banks continued to increase strongly. The USD exchange rate was listed by Vietcombank at 23,430 - 23,740 VND/USD (buy in - sell out), an increase of 50 VND/USD compared to the previous session.
