The Dow Jones Industrial Average rebounded strongly from its 2022 low on September 28, when the Bank of England (BoE) said it would buy bonds to stabilize financial markets, a stunning reversal in the tightening monetary policy implemented this year by most central banks to curb inflation. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 1.88% to 29,683.74 points. The S&P 500 rose 1.97% to 3,719.04 points, a day after recording a new bear market low
