In two weeks from October 31 to November 11, through two channels OMO and treasury bills, SBV provided a total of VND117,126 billion. With a strong money injection lasting two weeks, interest rates in the interbank market tended to decrease rapidly, from 7.12%/year on November 2 to 4.34%/year yesterday.
