Wall Street's main indexes ended lower on Wednesday as a grim outlook from Target spurred fresh concerns about retailers heading into the crucial holiday season, while semiconductor shares slid after Micron's supply cut. Target Corp (TGT.N) tumbled as much as 16.9% as a pullback in consumer spending despite heavy discounting also hurt its third-quarter profit, which missed market expectations.

On both T-bill and valuable paper futures channels, SBV net bought a total of VND27,731 billion in the trading session on November 15. This is the strongest net buying session of the State Bank since the session October 19.
