US stocks fell on Monday (December 5), on concerns that FED could continue to tighten policy until it plunges the economy into a recession. Tesla stock fell 6.4% on reports of production cuts at the Shanghai factory, while tech stocks like Amazon and Netflix fell 3.3% and 2.4%, respectively, on growth concerns.

Before the situation of external influences eased, the liquidity of the system of credit institutions (CIs) improved. On December 5, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) decided to adjust the credit target for 2022 by about 1.5-2% for the whole system of credit institutions.
