The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell on Tuesday (January 17), as investors weighed the latest earnings results from businesses. Goldman stocks fell 6.44% after this bank reported its worst profit in a decade in the fourth quarter of 2022. Meanwhile, rival Morgan Stanley had better-than-expected results, thanks in part to record wealth management revenue. Morgan Stanley stocks rose 5.91%.
