On the morning of March 4, the USD price on the free market continued to increase sharply and set a new record. Accordingly, the buying price on the "black market" has increased to VND25,480-25,500, while the selling price also increased sharply to VND25,580-25,600. At commercial banks, the USD price this morning also increased by VND30-40 compared to last week's.
