- Investors were anxiously waiting for the results of the election, the Dow Jones increased by more than 500 points, about to record the best week since April, 1.95%, at 28,390.18. At the beginning of the session, the index including these 30 stocks rose by more than 600 points. The S&P 500 rose 1.95% to 3,150.45 points and the Nasdaq Composite rose 2.6% to close at 11,890.93 points. Thursday session also marked the first time since 1982, the Dow and the S&P 500 rose at least 1% for four consecutive sessions.

- According to preliminary data of the General Department of Customs, the state budget revenue in the first 10 months of the year of the whole Customs sector reached 250,466 billion VND, equaling 74.10% of the estimate, equal to 70.6% of the target to strive, down 14.66% over the same period last year (293,477 billion dong).
