JOB PURPOSE

Execute tasks related to infrastructure management and information security to support the IT Division in fulfilling its functions and responsibilities, and contribute to the company’s achievement of its strategic goals.

CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Set up, support, and configure IT infrastructure systems.
  • Monitor, prevent incidents, and optimize system performance.
  • Troubleshoot IT infrastructure-related issues.
  • Implement and maintain system security measures.
  • Develop backup and disaster recovery plans for the system.
  • Integrate third-party components and products.
  • Maintain and document IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and business stakeholders.

OUTCOMES &MEASURES

  • The IT system operates stably, with high performance with optimal operating resources.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Educational Qualifications

  • Graduated with a university degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields.

2. Job knowledge

  • Experienced in designing and implementing DR/DC systems.
  • Proven experience in operating servers and VMWARE virtualization infrastructure.
  • Proficient in Linux and system services.
  • Hands-on experience managing Nginx proxy systems.
  • Solid understanding and experience with Windows services and servers.
  • Experience with backup systems and solutions.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix and SolarWinds.
  • Knowledge of log collection, analysis, and visualization tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk, etc.
  • Understanding of networking and security is a plus.
  • Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef is an advantage.
  • Scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).
  • Knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with container orchestration and management tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Preferably holds international certifications in systems, networking, or security.

3. Relevant Experience

  • Minimum of 05 years of experience in a System Administrator or similar role.
  • Preference for experience in finance, banking, securities, or insurance sectors.

4. Required Competencies

  • Ability to research and learn features of new technologies to apply to the company model if appropriate.
  • Ability to withstand pressure, enthusiasm for creativity at work.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • English: Able to read and understand technical documentation. Verbal communication skills in English are an advantage.
