BID: The Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) has announced a resolution approving a plan to increase charter capital through the issuance of shares to pay dividends from post-tax profits after setting aside funds for 2022. Accordingly, BIDV plans to issue 1,197 billion shares to pay dividends to existing shareholders, with an execution ratio of 21%. The issuance is expected to take place between Q4/2024 and Q1/2025.
