Following Wall Street's overnight rally, Asian stocks were mixed today. The Hang Seng Index jumped 3.2%, led by consumer and technology sectors after the government pledged to allocate HKD1 billion to fund research and development of an artificial intelligence centre.

The USD exchange rate at banks this morning had a significant increase with an increase of 40 to 80 VND in both bidding and asking directions. Currently, the USD bidding price is in the range of 25,320 - 25,370 VND/USD and the asking price is in the range of 25,710 - 25,760 VND/USD.
