Domestic gold prices continued their sharp rally, surging by an additional 2.5 million VND/tael overnight. As of this afternoon, SJC gold set a new record with selling prices at 118 million VND/tael and buying prices at 115.5 million VND/tael.

SSB: Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) announced its consolidated Q1/2025 business results, reporting a pre-tax profit of VND4,350 billion — nearly a 189% increase year-over-year, achieving 269% of the quarterly target. SeABank’s total assets reached VND333,746 billion, up 2.47% (a net increase of VND8,047 billion compared to December 31, 2024), while its charter capital stood at VND28,450 billion.
