In the previous trading session, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) resumed its issuance of treasury bills after a four-month pause, with VND3,100 billion worth of 7-day bills issued at an interest rate of 3.5%. At the same time, through the repo channel, the SBV conducted a net withdrawal of over VND1,500 billion from the banking system.
