Asian stock markets ended the week with mixed movements. Notably, Japan's Nikkei 225 gained 1.43%. In China, the Ministry of Commerce confirmed additional details of a recently reached trade agreement with the U.S. Specifically, China will review and approve export applications for certain items under its export control regulations, while the U.S. will cancel a series of existing restrictions currently applied to China.

The DXY Index extended its losing streak on Thursday, falling to a three-year low amid political pressure on the Federal Reserve from the U.S. President. In contrast, domestic exchange rates remain tight. In the black market this morning, the USD buying price rose by VND10 while the selling price dropped by VND20 compared to the previous session, currently trading around 26,388 – 26,478 VND/USD.
