U.S. stocks mostly rose overnight after Donald Trump posted on Truth Social about a trade agreement between the U.S. and Vietnam. The agreement reportedly includes a 20% tariff on imports from Vietnam. Nike shares surged 4%, as the company manufactures about 50% of its footwear in Vietnam and China. However, a new report showed that private sector employment unexpectedly declined in June 2025, raising concerns about the U.S. economic outlook.
