- At the end of November 19, US stocks increased slightly when investors poured money into major technology stocks, in the context of an increase in the number of Covid-19 infections. The Dow Jones industrial average rose 44.81 points, or 0.2%, to close at 29,483.23 points. Earlier in the day, the Dow fell more than 200 points. The S&P 500 rose 0.4 percent to 3,581.87 points and the Nasdaq Composite rose 0.9 percent to 11,904.71 points. This is the first increase for major indices in 3 sessions.

- On November 18, HNX held an auction of Government bonds (Government bonds) issued by the State Treasury with a total volume of 6,000 billion dong bid calls for terms 7, 10, 15 and 20 years.
