- At the end of the session 23/11, US stocks all rallied when AstraZeneca and Oxford University said that their Covid-19 vaccine was 90% effective, becoming the third group this month to announce positive news polarity on vaccine testing. The Dow Jones industrial average closed higher 327.79 points, or 1.1%, at 29,591.27 points. The S&P 500 rose 0.6 percent to close at 3,577.59 points. Nasdaq Composite rose 0.2% to 11,880.63 points.
