- Advantages in the process of transferring power in the US as well as the potential choice of Mr. Joe Biden for the position of Finance Minister made the US stock market excited. At the end of the session on November 24, the Dow Jones recorded an increase of 454 points, or 1.54%, to 30,046 points. This is the first time in history that Dow Jones closed above 30,000 points.

- The State Bank of Vietnam reduced the buying USD price after 1 year of keeping it fixed. Maintaining the buying price at 23,175VND/USD for nearly a year since November 29, 2019, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has lowered the buying price of USD to 23,125 VND/USD on the afternoon session 24/11/2020.
