- Ending the 10/12 session, US stocks continued to decline as lawmakers still have difficulty discussing the stimulus bill. In addition, investor sentiment also went down due to poor data on unemployment benefits. The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed 69.55 points lower, or 0.2%, at 29,999.26 points. The S&P 500 fell 0.1% to 3,668.10 points. The Nasdaq Composite was better, with a gain of 0.5 percent, to close at 12,405.81, with Netflix and Apple both up more than 1 percent.
