- At the end of January 19, US stocks simultaneously increased when investors considered the new financial reporting season, as well as signals about additional stimulus packages and vaccine delivery speed in the near future. The Dow Jones industrial average rose 116.26 points, or 0.4%, to 30,930.52 points. The S&P 500 rose 0.8% to 3,798.91 points, led by the energy and communication services sector. Nasdaq Composite rose 1.5 percent and closed at 13,197.18 points.

- According to the General Department of Customs, in 2020, the Philippines ranks first in Vietnam's rice consumption, reaching 2.22 million tons, worth $1.06 billion, up 4% in volume, up 19.3% in turnover. compared to 2019 and the price of rice exported to the Philippines averaged 476USD/ton, an increase of 14.7% compared to 2019.
