- The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell for a fifth session on Friday (September 10) as economic uncertainty loomed. Ending the session, the Dow Jones fell 271.66 points (or 0.78%) to 34,607.72 points. The S&P 500 lost nearly 0.8 percent to 4,458.58 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 0.9 percent to 15,115.50.

- The Trade Remedies Administration (Ministry of Industry and Trade) said that the Department has just received information that the US solar battery industry has submitted a dossier to the US Department of Commerce requesting an investigation against evasion of anti-dumping measures and anti-subsidy for solar cells originating from Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand.
