- Foreign investors boosted a net selling of 822 billion dong on November 19. Foreign investors on HoSE were the strongest net sellers of HPG with a value of 283 billion dong. VPB and VNM are behind with a net selling value of VND 179 billion and VND 107 billion, respectively. Meanwhile, CTG was bought the most with 104 billion dong. VRE and GAS were net bought 75 billion dong and 60 billion dong respectively.
