- Vietnam's Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) rose to 52.2 in November from 52.1 in October. This shows business conditions improving for the second consecutive month, after a period of decline due to the COVID-19 pandemic wave during the year. New orders rose for a second straight month, as pandemic restrictions in recent months boosted demand in the manufacturing sector.
