- Foreign investors net bought nearly 2.6 billion dong in the whole market on December 13. HPG was sold the most by foreign investors with a value of 94 billion dong. GEX and NLG are behind with a net selling value of VND 70 billion and VND 69 billion, respectively. Meanwhile, VIC was bought the most with 85 billion dong. VNM and VRE were net bought at 31 billion dong and 31 billion dong respectively.

- Pangasius export turnover in the first 11 months of this year reached more than 1.4 billion USD, up 1.3% over the same period last year. Estimated pangasius production in 2021 will reach 1.5 million tons, equivalent to 2020; Export turnover in 2021 will reach about 1.54 billion USD, up 3% compared to 2020.

- VCB: has just announced the Resolution on the payment of dividends in 2019 in shares and in cash in 2020. Specifically, Vietcombank will pay 2019 stock dividend at the rate of 27.6%. Accordingly, Vietcombank plans to issue 1.02 billion shares to pay dividends in 2019. After the issuance, Vietcombank's charter capital is expected to increase by 10,236 billion VND to more than 47,325 billion VND. The last day to allocate permissions is December 23, 2021. The ex-rights date is December 22, 2021.
