- The State Bank (SBV) has just announced the reduction of interest rates of banks as committed. Specifically, the total accumulated reduced interest from July 15, 2021 to October 31, 2021 of 16 banks is about VND 15,559 billion, an increase of VND 3,323 billion compared to September 30, 2021 (an increase of 27.16 respectively. %), reaching 75.48% of the commitment.
