- According to the Ministry of Planning and Investment, registered FDI into Vietnam in the first 10 months of the year reached 23.74 billion USD, up 1.1% over the same period last year. In which, Quang Ninh province has attracted USD 1.15 billion, ranking 6th in the top 10 provinces attracting the most FDI in the first 10 months of 2021. In the period 2016-2021, Quang Ninh has allocated more than 49,000 billion VND. capital budget for investment in many fields.
