- US stocks rose slightly on Wednesday as recent gains in bond yields faltered, allowing tech stocks to recover. Closing the session, the S&P 500 gained 0.23% to 4,701.46 points, while the Nasdaq Composite added 0.44% to 15,845.20 points. While the Dow Jones fell 9.42 points (or 0.03%) to 35,804.38 points.

- The State Bank is likely to continue to delay the application of the roadmap to tighten the ratio of short-term capital for medium and long-term loans for another year so that credit institutions have more resources to support customers. Previously, the State Bank delayed 1 year the roadmap to apply the rate of "maximum short-term capital used for medium and long-term loans".

In 10 months, in all 3 exchanges, the net selling value of foreign investors is over 48 trillion dong. For comparison, in 10 months of 2020, the net selling level is more than 13 trillion dong.
