US stocks fell on Tuesday (June 28), wiping out early gains as the market failed to maintain its recovery momentum. At the end of the session, the Dow Jones index dropped 491.27 points (equivalent to 1.56%) to 30,946.99 points. The S&P 500 fell 2.01% to 3,821.55 and the Nasdaq Composite lost 3% to 11,181.54 points.
