US stocks rebounded after the sharpest sell-off in two years. Accordingly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 30.12 points, or 0.1%, to 31,135.09 points after falling more than 200 points during the session. The S&P 500 index rose 0.34% to 3,946.01 points. The Nasdaq index rose 0.74% to 11,719.68. The market movement reflected that investor sentiment was somewhat improved after the strong sell-off session on September 13.

According to the latest edition of the Asian Development Bank's (ADB) Asian Bond Monitoring report published on September 14, Vietnam's bond market in the second quarter of this year increased by 8.1% compared to the previous quarter. last quarter, to $99.5 billion thanks to both the government and corporate bond markets. Issuance of government bonds spiked at 25.9% quarter-on-quarter, as governments took on debt to support the economic recovery.
