Banks suddenly increased their buying prices in USD while reducing their selling prices slightly (to meet the regulated ceiling rate). USD price on the "black market" tends to cool down recently. Currently, the exchange rate on the "black market" is popular at 25,220-25,300 VND/USD, down about 150-200 VND/USD compared to last week.
