US stocks fell on Monday's volatile session (November 21) to kick off a short trading week due to the Thanksgiving holiday. With the fear that China could tighten its Covid-19 lockdown policy again following news of the deaths, US energy and oil stocks decreased.

The troubled bond market is seen as the biggest obstacle in the next two years for both the real estate and banking sectors. The total number of bonds, after excluding the group of bank-issued bonds, currently in circulation is about VND945 trillion, of which 27% will mature in 2023 and 2024, and 12% will mature in 2025. Nearly a third of these bonds are on the bank's balance sheet.
