Warning: About counterfeiting of securities company to appropriate assets

Dear Valued Investor,

Pursuant to Official Letter No. 8029/UBCK-QLKD dated December 2, 2022, of the State Securities Commission (“SSC”), Pinetree Securities Corporation (“Pinetree”) would like to announce the following:

According to the information of SSC, currently there are some people who have used media and press tools to promote products and services on securities trading but had not approved or got the licensed by the SSC. It also has some the abuse and impersonation of securities company to raising capital, defrauding and appropriate appropriating investors’ asset.

To minimize the risks arising during the securities transaction, protect and prevent investors and other parties from being scammed and appropriated by bad actors, please refer to and strictly follow the following recommendations:

1. Be vigilant, research carefully and DO NOT log into websites/links that are not an official Pinetree presence.

3. Regularly monitor and update warnings about safety and security in online payments on Pinetree’s official channels.
4. Depositing money into a trading account at Pinetree is only through accounts in the name of the legal entity Pinetree Securities Corporation, and details are published here. DO NOT deposit or transfer money in any way to any account in the name of any individual or any account it does not under name of Pinetree Securities Corporation. When you are making a deposit, always ensure that the detail of payment to the beneficiary is the name of the customer at Pinetree/Depository bank
5. Pinetree has NO brokers and DOES NOT implement any referral partner policies or any cooperation agencies, support agencies to support customer development.
6. When knowing and/or receiving any information, invitations, suggestions, requests… questionable related to website, social networks, emails, calls, messages… use the status on behalf of Pinetree to swindle and appropriate money, Investors should immediately report to the police where the incident happened to promptly prevent and handle.
