After 3 months of not listing the bid price of foreign currency, on December 15, SBV announced to buy foreign currency at the bid price of 23,450 VND/USD. It is known that the last day the SBV listed buying foreign currency was September 6 at a price of 22,550 VND/USD. In the past week, on the domestic market, the exchange rate listed at commercial banks, the black market rate and the interbank rate continued to be adjusted down sharply.
